Terms of Sale and Use
These terms apply to the website ExitTaxesForCrypto.com and to the product Exit Taxes for Crypto Holders: 2026 Rules Guide (the "guide"). The seller is Republic of the Mind LLC ("we"). When you buy the guide, you agree to these terms.
1. The product
The guide is a digital product: a PDF guide, an XLSX workbook and CSV files. You download it after checkout. We do not ship physical goods. The price is $27 USD, one payment. There is no subscription.
2. Not advice
The guide is a research reference for education. It is not tax, legal, or investment advice. It does not make an adviser-client relationship. Each figure is correct on the check date that the entry shows and can change. Check each figure against the primary source and get advice from a qualified professional before you act.
3. License
When you pay, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the guide for your own decisions, and to share it with your own professional advisers for your matter. You may not resell, republish, or distribute the guide or the data, in full or in part.
4. Payment
Our payment provider processes the payment. We do not receive or store your full card details. Applicable taxes can be added at checkout.
5. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy.
6. No warranty
We provide the guide "as is". We try to make each entry correct and sourced, but we do not promise that the guide is complete, free of errors, or correct for your situation.
7. Limit of liability
To the extent that the law permits, our total liability for any claim about the guide is limited to the amount that you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for tax, penalties or interest that you owe.
8. Changes
We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. The terms that applied on the date of your purchase apply to that purchase.
